I, John Francis Managh, insolvency specialist of Napier, hereby give notice that by order of the High Court at Wellington on the 9th day of May 2005, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, I was appointed liquidator of Windsor Homes Limited.
