Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Richard Brian Burge and Brian Joseph Walshe were appointed joint and several liquidators of Education Plus New Zealand Limited (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of April 2005 at 10.00 a.m.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix Monday, the 30th day of May 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
