Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of Gisborne Club Incorporated (in liquidation) commenced on the 2nd day of May 2005 at 5.30 p.m., when the committee appointed Robert W. Proudfoot, of Proudfoot & Jackson (Eastland Accounting and Business Consultancy Limited), as liquidator in accordance with Rule 12 of the club’s rules and section 24 (1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of Gisborne Club Incorporated (in liquidation) has fixed the 7th day of June 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the club are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
