Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that on the 11th day of March 2005, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Allens Properties Limited be liquidated and that John Robert Marshall Rowe, of Gilligan Rowe & Associates Limited, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 12th day of March 2005.
