Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, David George Knightley, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of Wade Motor Group Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 3rd day of May 2005 at 10.10 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 31st day of May 2005, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
