Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims
Derek Farrelly, of Auckland, was appointed as liquidator
of Investor Corporate Trustees Limited (in liquidation)
by special resolution of its shareholders under section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”).
The liquidation commenced on the 27th day of April 2005
at 9.00 a.m.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able
to pay its debts.
Notice of that resolution has been filed with the Registrar of Companies in accordance with section 243 (8) of the Act.
The liquidator fixes the 3rd day of June 2005, as the day on or before which any creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution or, as the case may be, from objecting to
any distribution.
