Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Te Mahi o Waitaki Trust (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Timaru, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 27th day of April 2005 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 27th day of April 2005
at 11.08 a.m.
