Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Wonderful Kiwi Tours Limited
(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Palmerston North, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 5th day of April 2005 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 5th day of April 2005
at 10.13 a.m.
