Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 26th day of March 2005, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Otago Resource Recoveries Limited be liquidated and that Ross Smith, chartered accountant of Dunedin, be appointed as liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 19th day of April 2005
at 4.00 p.m.
