Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 283 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 4th day of March 2005, the above-named company passed a special resolution to appoint Peter Blacklaws
as liquidator.
Notice is given that on the 19th day of April 2005, Peter Blacklaws, chartered accountant, liquidator of Due South Trawlers (NZ) Limited (in liquidation), resigned in accordance with section 283 (2) of the Companies Act 1993 and appointed Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy as his successors.
Notice has been given to the Registrar of Companies.
