Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Waikawa Developments Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of April 2005 at 10.18 a.m., Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company pursuant to a special resolution entered into the company’s minute book.
The liquidation commenced on the 6th day of April 2005.
The liquidator fixes the 20th day of May 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
