Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance to section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that, by way of entry in the minute book of the above-named company in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the members of J.C.G. Holdings Limited passed a special resolution winding up the company and appointed N. W. Aitken, chartered accountant of Moxey Aitken Broadbent, as liquidator of the company.
The liquidation commenced on the 6th day of April 2005.
The liquidator does hereby fix the 31st day of May 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
