Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Robert Elms, chartered accountant of Martin Jarvie PKF, was appointed liquidator of AGL Enterprises Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of March 2005.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
13th day of May 2005, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
