Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 12th day of April 2005, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that H.D. Fraser & Macandrew Limited be liquidated and that Paul Glass, chartered accountant of Dunedin, be appointed as liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 12th day of April 2005
at 3.30 p.m.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to me during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.

along with Lance Ryan Brokers Limited and Macandrew Insurances International Limited of Christchurch, have formed a new company called Fraser Macandrew Ryan Limited. All previous business in the name of H.D. Fraser
& Macandrew Limited will now be carried on in the name of Fraser Macandrew Ryan Limited.
Also Note: The liquidation of H.D. Fraser & Macandrew Limited is simply to remove the company from the Company Register as it is no longer required. All business previously carried out by H.D. Fraser & Macandrew Limited continues in Fraser Macandrew Ryan Limited.
