Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Stephen Kim Bennett, chartered accountant of Steve Bennett Associates, was appointed liquidator of Ross's Transport (1997) Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 11th day of January 2005.
