Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, it was resolved by special resolutions of shareholders that Bookworld Holdings NZ Limited and Rakinos Cafe Limited be liquidated and that Grant Bruce Reynolds and Gilbert Dale Chapman, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, be appointed liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidations commenced on the following dates and times:
11 April 2005
Bookworld Holdings NZ Limited at 10.00 a.m.
13 April 2005
Rakinos Cafe Limited at 2.30 p.m.
