Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
On the 5th day of April 2005 at 10.08 a.m., by order of the High Court pursuant to the Companies Act 1993, Huaguang Forests Co. Limited (in receivership) was placed into liquidation and John Joseph Cregten and Stephen Rex Tietjens, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 5th day of April 2005.
We, John Joseph Cregten and Stephen Rex Tietjens, liquidators of the above-named company, hereby fix the 31st day of May 2005, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993.
