Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
Douglas John Allcock gives notice that he was appointed as liquidator of Dunlop Investments Limited with effect from the 5th day of April 2005 at 2.00 p.m.
On the 5th day of April 2005, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Dunlop Investments Limited be liquidated.
