Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 4th day of April 2005, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that Wildrock Limited
be liquidated and that Neville Charles Goldie, chartered accountant of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 4th day of April 2005 at 2.15 p.m.
