Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On the 4th day of April 2005, it was resolved by special resolutions of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Molly Ryan Trust
Lifecare Retirement Village Limited and Molly Ryan
Trust Lifecare (2001) Limited be liquidated and that Russell K. D. Rodgers, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidations commenced on the 4th day of April 2005 at 9.00 a.m.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 15th day of May 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
Before liquidation, Molly Ryan Trust Lifecare Retirement Village Limited and Molly Ryan Trust Lifecare (2001) Limited had transferred the land, buildings and business
of the Molly Ryan Retirement Village Scheme to Molly Ryan Retirement Village Limited and Molly Ryan Lifecare Limited, which are companies not in liquidation, and that Molly Ryan Retirement Village Limited and Molly Ryan Lifecare Limited have agreed to continue to operate the Molly Ryan Retirement Village Scheme.
