Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that C. J. Swann, chartered accountant of Dunedin, was appointed liquidator of ZD Distributions Limited (in liquidation) by order of a shareholders’ special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidation commenced on the 31st day of March 2005 at 2.00 p.m.
The liquidator hereby fixes the 10th day of May 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are
to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title
they may have to priority under sections 312 and 313 of
the Companies Act 1993.
