Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Dennis Clifford Parsons, insolvency practitioner of Hamilton, was appointed liquidator of Engineering Resources and Abrasives Limited on the 6th day of April 2005 at 5.25 p.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any creditor claiming a security interest in respect of any assets owned by the company should contact the liquidator as soon as possible.
