Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Dennis Clifford Parsons and Katherine Louise Kenealy, insolvency practitioners of Hamilton, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the incorporated society and company on the 5th day of April 2005 at the times specified, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993:

(in liquidation) at 10.50 a.m.
? Watha Management Limited (in liquidation) at 10.55 a.m.
Any creditor claiming a security interest in respect of any assets owned by the incorporated society and company should contact the liquidator as soon as possible.
