Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Better Builders (Auckland) Limited:
Notice is hereby given that on the 31st day of March 2005
at 10.42 a.m., Gilbert Dale Chapman and Grant Bruce Reynolds were appointed joint and several liquidators of Better Builders (Auckland) Limited.
The liquidators fix the 10th day of May 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
