Notice is hereby given that the shareholders of the
above-named company voted to liquidate the company and distribute surplus assets.
In terms of section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders resolved to appoint Victor Wu and Rhys Barlow, chartered accountants of Wellington, as liquidators on the 31st day of March 2005.
