Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On the 1st day of April 2005 at 5.00 p.m., Peter John Brannigan, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of Eden Crescent Limited by way of special resolution of the company pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
