Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Christina and Roy Limited (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 14th day of March 2005 to be put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 14th day of March 2005 at 11.15 a.m.
