Graham Hosie, chartered accountant of West Yates Limited, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company on the 21st day of March 2005.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
A meeting of creditors will be held on Tuesday, the 5th day of April 2005 at 10.30 a.m., at Nelson Senior Citizens Hall, 67 Trafalgar Street, Nelson.
Purpose of Meeting
1. Consider the liquidator’s statement of affairs.
2. Confirm or otherwise the appointment of G. Hosie as liquidator.
3. Consider whether or not to appoint a liquidation committee.
4. Other.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidator has fixed the 31st day of May 2005, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
