Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On the 23rd day of March 2005 at 2.30 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Albert Castle Limited be liquidated and that Grant Bruce Reynolds
and Gilbert Dale Chapman, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, be appointed liquidators for the purpose.
