Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 30th day of March 2005, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that Enton Properties Limited be liquidated and that Paul Muir, chartered accountant of Pukekohe, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of March 2005 at 3.05 p.m.

This liquidation is part of a restructuring process and a declaration of solvency has been completed.
