Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 233 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
The directors of V A & A J Rollinson Limited, being
a solvent company and able to pay its debts as they fall due, wish to voluntarily liquidate the company.
Glenn Eric Hunter was appointed liquidator by a special resolution of shareholders passed at a meeting of the shareholders held on the 23rd day of March 2005.
The appointment commenced on the 29th day of March 2005 at 3.00 p.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as the liquidator of the company,
I hereby fix the 5th day of May 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, pursuant to section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution and liquidation process.
