Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993
(“the Act”), the board of the above-named company resolved on the 18th day of March 2005 at 9.25 a.m., that the company be liquidated and nominated David Wickham, chartered accountant of Taupo, as liquidator.
Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidator
Pursuant to section 243 (6) of the Act, the creditors resolved on the 30th day of March 2005 at 9.00 a.m., that David Wickham be replaced as liquidator by Brian Stewart Nabbs, lawyer of Hamilton.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes the 16th day of April 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority under section 312 of the Act.
