Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that on the 7th day of March 2005
at 10.00 a.m., a special resolution was passed by the shareholders stating that the company be wound up voluntarily and Colin James Bishop, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed as liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator of Northwood Properties Limited fixes the 22nd day of April 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
