Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

David Leslie Pearson, chartered accountant of Te Horo,
was appointed as liquidator of MSCL Holdings Limited
(in liquidation) by special resolution of its shareholders under section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
(“the Act”).
The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of March 2005 at 11.45 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims/Establish Priority
The liquidator fixes the 18th day of April 2005, as the day on or before which any creditors of the company must make their claims and establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
