Take notice that I, Ian Caddis, solicitor of Wellington,
have been appointed liquidator of Body Rock Limited
(in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on the 14th day of March 2005 at 2.43 p.m.
The liquidator has fixed the 15th day of April 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
