Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of
M J McLachlan Limited (in liquidation) on the 18th day
of March 2005 at 12.30 p.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes the 8th day of April 2005, as the day
on or before which the creditors of M J McLachlan Limited
(in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority
their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies
Act 1993.
