Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of March 2005, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, Rodney Paul Clarke, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company.
A directors’ resolution and certificate that the company is solvent has been filed with the Registrar under section 243 (9) of the above Act.
