Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Russell George Hornsey, chartered accountant of McFarlane Hornsey Simpson Limited, was appointed liquidator of Hibernian Properties Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 14th day of March 2005 at 1.00 p.m.
