Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

In the matter of section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of The Cool Air Company Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 11th day of March 2005 at 12.00 midday, Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally
as liquidators of the above-named company pursuant to a special resolution entered into the company’s minute book.
The liquidation commenced on the 11th day of March 2005.
