Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 9th day of March 2005, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Hazeldean Farm Limited be liquidated and that Stephen P. Kerr, chartered accountant
of Masterton, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 9th day of March 2005.
