Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the
above-named company on the 15th day of March 2005
at 12.00 midday, appointed Colin Brian Wilson, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator of the above-named company.
The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of March 2005.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
The liquidator hereby fixes the 15th day of April 2005, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Notice of Intention to Remove
Application to remove the above-named company will be made to the Registrar, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e), on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) will be sent to the Registrar after 22 working days from the date of this notice.
Objections to remove, under section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar within that period.
