Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Topheavy Limited (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch on the 14th day of February 2005, to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 14th day of February 2005 at 10.22 a.m.
