Take notice that Peninsula Milk Vendors Limited
(in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993, on the 2nd day of March 2005 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The first meeting of creditors will be held on Thursday, the 24th day of March 2005 at 3.00 p.m., at Mediation Services Meeting Room, Level Six, Burns House, 10 George Street, Dunedin.
Claims, proxies and voting letters must be lodged with the liquidators no later than Tuesday, the 22nd day of March 2005 at 5.00 p.m.
The liquidation commenced on the 2nd day of March 2005 at 2.00 p.m.
