Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies
Act 1993, and in the matter of Lakeland Logging Company Limited and Woodhill Logging Limited (both in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 7th day of March 2005 at 10.59 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. respectively, Lakeland Logging Company Limited and Woodhill Logging Limited were placed in liquidation.
Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the
above-named companies pursuant to an order by the High Court at Rotorua.
The liquidations commenced on the 7th day of March 2005.
