Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 22nd day of December 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Steel Building Systems Limited be liquidated and that Glen Beal, chartered accountant of Pukekohe, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of December 2004 at 10.50 a.m.
