Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Sections 3, 225 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 14th day of February 2005, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that DAB Developments Limited be liquidated and that M. A. Knobloch and G. A. J. Knobloch, chartered accountants of Waipukurau, be appointed joint liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 14th day of February 2005 at 2.30 p.m.
