Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Brent Lowe, chartered accountant, was appointed as liquidator of TCD Underbody Car Services Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 10th day of January 2005 at 9.30 a.m.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of

A resolution as to solvency, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been passed by the directors.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 27th day of January 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
