Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Glenn Nightingale, chartered accountant of Burns McCurrach, be appointed liquidator of Scott Dixon Motorsport Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 10th day of December 2004.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 10th day of February 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
