Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 28th day of February 2005, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 122 of the Companies Act 1993, that T.R. Taylor Motors Limited
be liquidated and that Timothy Patrick Ward, chartered accountant of BDO Spicers, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of February 2005.

Public notice is given that the liquidator has set the 31st day of March 2005, as the date by which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority they may have.
