Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 122 of the Companies Act 1993
I, Roderick Thomas McKenzie, of McKenzie & Partners Limited, Chartered Accountants, Palmerston North, hereby give notice that I have been appointed liquidator of Huntaway Holdings Limited (in liquidation) by special resolution of the shareholders as of the 3rd day of March 2005 at 11.55 a.m.
As at the date of appointment, the company is able to pay its debts.
